BREAKER PARTS & SUPPORT

Hydraulic Breaker Accumulators

NEWLAND supplies hydraulic breaker accumulators and related components for defined breaker configurations. Begin by identifying whether the requirement is a complete assembly or an internal replacement part. Your breaker record, accumulator reference and connection details allow the quotation to describe the intended supply clearly, with the applicable documents and associated items kept together.

Define complete assembly or component supply

An accumulator is part of the breaker system’s energy-storage arrangement, with its construction and connection defined by the relevant model. A complete accumulator request differs from an inquiry for a diaphragm, charging valve or seal. Establish that distinction before comparing price or describing the replacement as a standard unit.

NEWLAND can supply the agreed accumulator requirement through its manufacturing partners. The inquiry should identify the assembly and the breaker to which it belongs. Where an existing unit is being replaced, provide its reference and mounting record rather than selecting from external appearance alone.

Match the assembly interfaces

The physical connection is only part of the identification. Request the corresponding assembly information so the proposed replacement can be reviewed against the application. If the inspection has identified damage to a cover, body, diaphragm or connection, list those observations separately from the requested order scope.

  • Breaker model and serial or configuration reference.
  • Accumulator identification, drawing and available markings.
  • Mounting location and connection photographs.
  • Complete assembly or named internal components required.
  • Applicable service documents requested for the proposed item.

Clarify supplied condition and documents

Ask the quotation to state the assembly contents and the condition in which the item is supplied. Any preparation for transport, commissioning or charging belongs to the product-specific order and service information. Do not infer these requirements from a photograph or from a generic accumulator description.

Keep pressure-related identification and the applicable documentation with the assembly record. Servicing and charging should follow the correct model procedure by competent personnel. This page supports product selection and ordering; it does not prescribe a pressure or a charging sequence.

Questions about accumulator orders

Can I replace only the diaphragm?

Identify the assembly and provide the inspection findings. The order may concern a diaphragm or a wider assembly scope, but the decision should follow the actual component condition and applicable service information.

Does a complete accumulator include every external fitting?

The contents need to be stated in the quotation. Identify covers, connections, charging components and seals individually where their inclusion matters to the installation.

Can NEWLAND specify the charging pressure from a photo?

A photograph alone is not an appropriate basis for a pressure setting. Provide the exact assembly identity and request the corresponding product-specific documentation for the technical review.
