CARRIER FIRST. THEN THE BREAKER.
Match the breaker to your machine
Excavator weight gives you a starting range. Auxiliary flow determines which models the hydraulic circuit can support; mounting geometry and total attachment weight determine the installation.
Mini excavators
Start with a compact carrier’s weight, attachment limit and available auxiliary flow. Then confirm the bracket and hose connection.
Skid steers
Check attachment mounting, hydraulic supply and the carrier’s permitted operating setup before choosing a breaker.
Backhoes & excavators
Compare the carrier reference with hydraulic flow, pressure and mounting geometry. For larger machines, review the heavy range.
Selected NLB models at a glance
| Model | Carrier reference | Oil flow | Tool diameter |
|---|---|---|---|
| NLB40 | 0.8-2.5 Ton | 15-30 L/min | 40 mm |
| NLB85 | 7-14 Ton | 60-100 L/min | 85 mm |
| NLB120 | 12-18 Ton | 115-150 L/min | 120 mm |
| NLB140 | 18-26 Ton | 120-180 L/min | 140 mm |
| NLB165 | 30-40 Ton | 200-260 L/min | 165 mm |
| NLB210 | 60-75 Ton | 300-330 L/min | 210 mm |
These are selection references, not a compatibility approval. Confirm the complete assembly weight for the selected housing and the carrier’s permitted attachment weight.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Check these together
- Carrier model and operating weight
- Available auxiliary flow and pressure
- Bracket, pin and hose connections
- Working material and job conditions
PARTS BY COMPONENT
Hydraulic breaker replacement parts
Select a component below. The breaker model identifies the assembly; the part number, dimensions and mating features identify the replacement.

Chisels & rods
Match the shank diameter, retaining arrangement and working-end shape to your breaker.
Also looking for back heads or seal kits? Include the assembly reference and required kit contents in your inquiry.

NO PART NUMBER? START HERE.
Identify a part without a part number
Start with the breaker nameplate and a full view of the component. Close-ups of the ends, retaining features and markings help distinguish parts that look similar.
- Identify the breaker: model, serial reference and a photo of the nameplate, if available.
- Show the component: full view, both ends, wear area and any stamped numbers.
- Add measurements: diameter, length, thread or retaining details; include a drawing or sample reference when available.
MATCH THE JOB, TOO
Select for the material and working space
Concrete sections, rock blocks and narrow trenches place different demands on the breaker and tool. Include the material, typical section size and available working space when comparing models.
01 / CONCRETE & DEMOLITION
Concrete and reinforced structures
Include the material, approximate section size, reinforcement and access constraints. Note any local noise limits when discussing the housing.
02 / ROCK & QUARRY WORK
Rock type and block size
Explain the rock type if known, typical block size, working position and expected duty. Review the larger NLB range when the carrier requires it.
03 / TRENCHING & UTILITIES
Trench width and access
Provide trench width, available reach, carrier access and nearby structures. Small-carrier selection still needs a hydraulic and mounting check.
Have a specialist requirement? Review underwater configuration questions or discuss an OEM and private-label breaker range before confirming the order.
QUICK COUPLERS
Quick Coupler fit and connection details
A Quick Coupler must match both the excavator linkage and the attachment bracket. Pin diameter, pin-center distance and bracket width are the key measurements to compare.
- Pin diameter and pin-center distance
- Ear width and attachment bracket geometry
- Manual or hydraulic coupling preference
- Connection, retention and hose-routing details

ABOUT NEWLAND
Hydraulic breakers and parts from NEWLAND
NEWLAND is an independent brand founded by Gordon Tian, working with manufacturing partners in China to connect hydraulic breaker products with overseas buyers.
Our range brings together complete breakers, replacement components and quick couplers. For a complete breaker, start with the carrier and hydraulic circuit. For a replacement part, start with the breaker identity and component dimensions.
We work from the equipment and component details you provide, then review the proposed product, included items and delivery requirements with you before order confirmation.
FROM REQUIREMENT TO ORDER
How to order
01
Send the equipment or part details
Send the carrier or breaker reference, product or part, quantity and delivery country. Add photos and drawings where available.
02
Check the proposed specification
Check the model, housing, hydraulic requirements and mounting details, or the part dimensions and assembly position.
03
Review pricing and included items
Confirm the included items, specification, quantity, availability, packaging and commercial or delivery terms in the written quote.
04
Confirm the order
Resolve remaining specification questions and agree the final scope before giving order confirmation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Common questions about breakers and parts.
How do I choose the right hydraulic breaker for my excavator?
Use the carrier weight to shortlist models, then check available hydraulic flow and pressure, permitted attachment weight, mounting dimensions and the application. Compare the NLB model references and send the carrier details for review.
Is Box Type the same as a silent hydraulic breaker?
Box Type is the enclosed housing commonly described as a silent type. Compare Box, Top and Side Type options and specify any site noise requirements when discussing the configuration.
Can I compare the same NLB model in different housings?
Yes. The NLB range has Box Type, Top Type and Side Type model pages. Check the selected housing and confirm its complete assembly weight and mounting arrangement as part of the quotation.
Can you help identify a part without a part number?
Start with the breaker model or nameplate, clear photos of the component and any available dimensions. Include thread, bore or retaining details where relevant. Use the identification guide to prepare the information.
Can I inquire about a complete breaker and spare parts together?
Include both in the same inquiry, with a separate model or component reference and quantity for each item. Specify any additional working tools, wear parts or seal kits you want included in the quotation.
What information should I send for a quotation?
Send your company and delivery country, the product or component required, model reference, quantity and relevant carrier details. Attach available photos or drawings. Minimum order quantities, availability and delivery terms are confirmed for the specific inquiry.
