Hydraulic Breaker Bushings
Identify the bushing position first, then compare the bore, outside diameter, length and locating features. Upper and lower bushings can belong to the same breaker assembly while requiring different dimensions.

Identify the position as well as the part
Mark the required bushing on the parts diagram or show its installed position. If you are measuring a removed part, note visible wear: the dimensions of a worn bore should be distinguished from the specified dimensions on an original drawing.
Photographs should show the complete profile, both end faces and visible features such as steps, holes or grooves, where present. Any existing drawing can provide a clearer reference for these details than a short text description.
- Breaker identification, bushing part reference and position, if known.
- Photographs showing the profile, end faces and readable markings.
- Available inner diameter, outer diameter and length records, with units.
- Separate quantities for each bushing or position requested.
Check the reference dimensions
Before ordering, confirm the proposed bushing reference and relevant profile dimensions. State whether supplied measurements come from a drawing or a used component, and note visible wear. A shared diameter or similar photograph does not by itself establish a match. If no dimensions are available, begin with photographs and the breaker identification; additional information can be clarified during review.
Bushing inquiries
What if I do not know the bushing position name?
Mark it on an existing parts illustration or photograph. Use the name in your records if one is available.
Can I quote several bushings in one inquiry?
Yes. Give each item a separate label, photograph or reference and quantity so the proposed parts are easy to compare.
Are measurements from a used bushing useful?
They can support the initial review when their source is clear. Note wear and include an original drawing or reference whenever you have one.
