Review the proposed product against the agreed identification details. Similar appearance, a broad product category or a machine name alone may leave important differences unresolved. Confirm the applicable dimensions, references and connection details before placing an order.

• Included components, quantities and any separately quoted items.
• Quoted price, payment terms and proposed lead time.
• Documentation or product requirements specified for your destination.

03 / Confirm packaging and delivery requirements

Share the delivery address or destination port and any packaging, labeling or handling requirements. Confirm the agreed shipping arrangement, responsibilities and documents as part of the order discussion.

Availability, lead time and the final scope depend on the particular product and inquiry. Product-specific requirements should be agreed in writing so both sides have the same reference for the order.

Keep the product information together

Use one inquiry reference for the photographs, drawings, measurements and parts list. If a requirement changes, describe the change clearly before reconfirming the quotation. This is especially useful for orders containing several similar components.
