BREAKER PARTS & SUPPORT

Hydraulic Breaker Grease and Chisel Paste

NEWLAND supplies grease and chisel paste requirements for hydraulic breaker working-tool lubrication. Selection should follow the actual breaker and lubrication system information, with product properties and packaging identified in the offer. Share the application, current lubrication arrangement and relevant product requirements so the proposed consumable can be reviewed for its intended use and replenishment plan.

Select a consumable for its declared use

Breaker working-tool lubrication is a specific application. A product name, color or the word heavy duty does not establish that a grease or paste is appropriate for your equipment. Begin with the applicable breaker requirements and review the proposed product’s declared properties and use information.

NEWLAND supplies the agreed lubrication-product requirement. Tell us whether your purchase supports manual application or an automatic lubrication arrangement. The method of delivery, packaging and equipment compatibility should form part of the inquiry rather than being assumed from a familiar container shape.

Provide the lubrication requirements

Include the breaker model and the relevant lubrication information from its documentation. If an automatic system is fitted, identify that system and its consumable requirements. The offer can then name the proposed product and package rather than leaving the buyer to infer suitability from a generic description.

  • Breaker model and intended lubrication point or application.
  • Manual or automatic lubrication arrangement.
  • Applicable product properties stated in the equipment information.
  • Requested cartridge, container or other packaging format.
  • Quantity, destination and requested product or safety documents.

Keep product data with the order

Ask for the proposed consumable identification and the available product information relevant to the purchase. Any claimed material content or temperature performance should belong to that actual product record. NEWLAND does not use a generic grease label as evidence of an exact composition or a universal operating range.

Application intervals and quantities come from the relevant equipment instructions and work conditions. This purchasing page does not prescribe a universal schedule. Keep the agreed product reference with maintenance and stock records so replenishment uses the same identified consumable unless a change has been reviewed.

Questions about breaker lubrication products

Are grease and chisel paste interchangeable terms?

They can describe different product formulations or presentations. Review the actual proposed product information against the equipment requirement rather than treating the names as proof of equivalence.

Can I use the same product in an automatic lubricator?

Check the lubricator requirements and the proposed consumable information together. Compatibility with a delivery system should not be inferred solely from suitability for manual tool lubrication.

Can packaging be included in a bulk supply plan?

Yes. State the required format, quantities and destination. Include the consumable reference in the order schedule so subsequent replenishment remains clearly identified.
