BREAKER PARTS & SUPPORT

Hydraulic Breaker Nitrogen Charging Kits and Gauges

NEWLAND supplies nitrogen charging kits, gauges and connection components for hydraulic breaker service requirements. Selection depends on the gas-port interface, applicable assembly and required tool contents. Provide the breaker and charging-point identification so the proposed kit can be checked as a complete connection arrangement, with its supporting information and intended scope clearly recorded.

Match the connection before choosing the kit

A charging kit is not defined by a gauge photograph alone. The connection between the service tool and the breaker gas port must be identified, along with any adapter and the rest of the intended arrangement. A broadly described universal kit should not replace that interface review.

State whether the requirement concerns the breaker back-head gas connection or a separate accumulator arrangement. Identify the exact assembly and provide the relevant service document reference. Different connection points must not be combined into one assumed charging requirement.

List the tools and interfaces separately

NEWLAND can quote an identified charging-tool requirement. Tell us which items you already have and which you need, so the offer describes a complete proposed combination rather than duplicating components or leaving an adapter undefined.

  • Breaker and gas-containing assembly identification.
  • Charging-port photographs, thread or connection record and drawing where available.
  • Required gauge range and suitability from the applicable service requirement.
  • Charging head, hoses, adapters and other requested components.
  • Gas-supply connection information relevant to the intended tool arrangement.

Keep product selection and charging instructions distinct

The applicable breaker or accumulator documentation determines the service requirements. A charging kit quotation does not set a gas pressure, authorise a gas substitution or supply a general charging procedure. Pressure-related work requires the correct product information and personnel competent for the task.

Ask for the proposed tool identification and supporting documents with the quotation. Retain those references alongside the breaker service record so later replacement hoses, gauges or adapters are matched to the original kit rather than chosen only by appearance.

Questions about charging kits

Does every kit fit every hydraulic breaker?

No. The charging-port interface and intended service arrangement must be checked. Send the assembly identity and connection details before selecting the tool package.

Is a nitrogen cylinder included?

State the required supply scope in the inquiry. A kit, gauge, adapter and gas supply are separate items; the quotation should identify exactly which components are included.

Will the kit tell me the correct gas pressure?

A tool package is not the source of the breaker setting. Obtain the applicable model-specific service information and keep it with the assembly and tool identification records.
