Hydraulic Breaker Front Heads
Front heads are matched to the breaker assembly, tool opening and bushing arrangement. Start with the breaker model and part reference, then compare the connection faces and visible openings with the correct drawing.

Identify the component and its visible features
Send a photograph showing the requested front head in the context of the breaker, plus closer views of the component. If you have an illustrated parts list, mark the item and include the reference shown beside it.
Show the tool opening, side openings and end faces in separate views. These features help identify the assembly and mating components. An overall photo is useful for orientation, but the connection details are needed to distinguish similar front heads.
- Breaker identification and any existing front head reference.
- Several views showing the component outline and visible openings.
- Available dimensions or an existing dimensioned drawing.
- A separate list of bushings, pins or other items requested with the head.
Review dimensions and included items
Confirm the proposed version and relevant dimensions against your reference information before ordering. The quotation should also state whether the request covers the head alone or additional listed components. Start with photographs if dimensions or part numbers are unavailable; the review can establish what further information is needed. Appearance alone should not be treated as confirmation of fit.
Front head inquiries
Do I need every dimension before contacting you?
No. Send the photographs and identification details you have. Any remaining dimensions can be discussed during the review.
Can I request bushings and pins at the same time?
Yes. List each requested item and its quantity, or mark the components in a parts illustration so the quotation scope is clear.
What if my parts list uses a different name?
Use that name and attach the corresponding illustration or photograph. The visual reference helps avoid confusion over terminology.
