BREAKER PARTS & SUPPORT
Hydraulic Breaker Automatic Lubrication Systems
NEWLAND supplies automatic lubrication system requirements for hydraulic breaker applications. Define the breaker, lubricant and proposed installation together so the supply package has a clear purpose and interface. A useful inquiry identifies whether you need a complete system, a replacement component or integration with existing equipment, with settings and commissioning addressed through the applicable product documents.
Define the lubrication arrangement
An automatic lubrication inquiry should identify what the system is expected to supply and where it connects. State whether the requirement is for a new breaker package, an addition to an existing arrangement or a replacement for a fitted system. Each task can involve a different set of components and installation information.
NEWLAND supplies the agreed system requirement against the actual breaker setup. Keep the lubricator, connection lines, mounting items and compatible consumable visible in the product discussion. An automatic system still needs the appropriate product instructions, operating checks and replenishment arrangements.
Identify the installation and consumable
Provide the breaker identification and relevant lubrication information, along with photographs of the available mounting space and connections. If equipment is already fitted, send its reference and explain which components will remain. This helps distinguish a complete new package from a partial replacement.
| Inquiry area | Information to provide |
|---|---|
| Breaker | Model and lubrication connection information |
| Existing installation | System reference, photos and retained components |
| Proposed location | Mounting space and routing constraints |
| Consumable | Applicable product and packaging requirements |
| Supply scope | System, lines, fittings and requested spare items |
Document the agreed package
Ask the quotation to identify the proposed system and every included connection item. The compatible lubricant and applicable commissioning information should be tied to that product record. General labels such as automatic grease pump do not define a complete breaker installation or establish the correct delivery setting.
Any settings, checks and service requirements must follow the actual system and breaker documents. Keep these with the order and identify the components needed for future replenishment or maintenance. This makes later purchasing easier without relying on an old photograph of a complete installed assembly.
Questions about automatic lubrication
Does an automatic system remove the need for maintenance checks?
No. The equipment still needs the checks and replenishment required by its applicable instructions. Automatic delivery does not establish that the reservoir, lines or delivery points are functioning correctly.
Can I use my current grease?
Provide the exact consumable information and the proposed system requirements for review. Compatibility with the delivery arrangement should be checked rather than assumed from its previous manual use.
Can individual system parts be ordered?
Identify the fitted system and the required component with its reference or position. State whether the inquiry concerns a replacement part or a change to the original installation scope.
