BREAKER PARTS & SUPPORT
Hydraulic Breaker Storage Stands
NEWLAND supplies storage-stand requirements for hydraulic breaker handling and storage arrangements. The stand needs to be specified for the actual breaker, supported orientation and intended location. Provide the attachment dimensions, weight information and storage plan so the proposed stand can be reviewed as a defined support product, with its applicable use and handling information kept with the order.
Define what the stand must support
A storage stand is selected for a particular attachment arrangement. Identify the complete breaker that will be placed in it, including any bracket or tool that remains fitted. The support points and stored orientation need to match the intended product; an external footprint alone does not describe a suitable support arrangement.
NEWLAND supplies the agreed storage-stand requirement against that record. State whether the stand is intended for a workshop, warehouse or another defined location. Explain how the breaker will be brought to the stand and whether the product needs to accommodate a specific storage layout.
Provide the support and site information
Send the breaker identification, documented weight and a dimensioned drawing where available. Photographs should show the intended contact areas and any fitted components that affect the storage arrangement. Describe the supporting surface and space available without substituting an estimate for the product’s required capacity information.
| Selection field | What to identify |
|---|---|
| Stored attachment | Breaker configuration, bracket and fitted tool |
| Product dimensions | Drawing and intended support points |
| Weight information | Documented complete stored configuration |
| Site arrangement | Surface, space and storage orientation |
| Handling plan | How the attachment reaches and leaves the stand |
Separate storage support from lifting equipment
A stand should not be treated as a lifting device unless that use is expressly part of the identified product and its documentation. Ask the quotation to state the intended function and supplied contents. Capacity, operating limitations and any handling provisions need to come from the actual proposed product information.
Keep the agreed stand reference with the attachment storage record. If a different breaker or additional component changes the stored weight or geometry, review the arrangement before reusing the same support. The original order should remain traceable to the configuration it was selected for.
Questions about storage stands
Can one stand hold different breaker sizes?
Only an expressly defined product range should be assumed. Identify each proposed attachment and its complete stored configuration so the stand requirement can be reviewed for that use.
Can I lift the stand with the breaker inside?
Do not infer a lifting function from its appearance. Use only the handling method allowed by the actual product documentation and the corresponding equipment arrangement.
What if a tool remains installed during storage?
State that in the inquiry and include the complete configuration dimensions and weight information. The fitted tool can change the support geometry and intended storage arrangement.
