NLB155 Box Type Hydraulic Breaker

NEWLAND Box Type hydraulic breaker — representative image
The NEWLAND NLB155 Box Type hydraulic breaker uses an enclosed housing layout. Start with the NLB model reference range of 28-35 Ton, 180-240 L/min required oil flow and a 155 mm working tool, then confirm the complete mounting and hydraulic package.
Housing: Box Type
Carrier range: 28-35 Ton
Required oil flow: 180-240 L/min
Tool diameter: 155 mm
Excavator ranges and hydraulic specifications are NLB series reference values. Confirm the complete Box Type assembly and attachment mass for your carrier.

NLB155 specifications
| Specification | Listed value |
|---|---|
| Suitable excavator range | 28-35 Ton |
| Operating weight — series reference | 2896 kg |
| Required oil flow | 180-240 L/min |
| Setting pressure | 240-260 bar |
| Operating pressure | 180-200 bar |
| Impact energy | 6779 J |
| Impact rate | 300-450 blows/min |
| Hose diameter | 1-1/4 inch |
| Tool diameter | 155 mm |
These figures come from the NEWLAND NLB series specification sheet. Operating weight is a series reference: confirm the quoted housing, bracket, working tool and included components before checking the complete attachment load.
The sheet lists Ton as the carrier-weight unit. Confirm the unit basis against the excavator documentation. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields; these figures are not an installation or adjustment procedure.
Match the 28–35 Ton carrier range and pressure requirement
The NLB155 combines its listed excavator range with a 180–240 L/min flow requirement. Compare both against the actual carrier and its usable breaker circuit. Operating pressure is listed as 180–200 bar, while setting pressure is separately listed as 240–260 bar. The different labels matter: the higher setting entry should not be read as the normal operating range or copied directly into a machine adjustment.
Its 2,896 kg series reference weight also needs to be considered alongside the final bracket and mounting arrangement when checking the carrier’s permitted attachment load.
Why NLB150 and NLB165 are useful alternatives to compare
The NLB150 covers the NLB155’s entire 28–35 Ton carrier interval, but lists 175–220 L/min and 160–180 bar operating pressure. It has a 2,519 kg reference weight and 150 mm tool. Both models list 300–450 Bpm, yet their energy, hydraulic and connection figures differ, so an identical frequency range does not make them equivalent attachments.
The NLB165 covers 30–40 Ton, overlapping the NLB155 from 30–35 Ton. It shares the 180–200 bar operating pressure and 240–260 bar setting pressure ranges, but lists 200–260 L/min, a 3,117 kg reference weight and 165 mm tool. Its listed 250–350 Bpm range adds another distinct comparison point.
Keep hose size, tool dimensions and mounting details together
The NLB155 lists a 1-1/4 Inch hose diameter. This identifies the listed hose size rather than every fitting or the complete circuit layout; thread details, routing and return requirements need their own review. Likewise, a 155 mm tool diameter is only one part of a replacement tool reference. Confirm the tool profile, relevant lengths and retention arrangement before ordering. A complete proposal should identify the carrier connection and working tool scope alongside the model’s specification table.
Compare NLB155 with related NLB models
Use these catalog figures to shortlist candidates. An overlapping carrier range does not establish hydraulic compatibility or mounting fit.
NLB155 selection questions
Can I compare NLB155 and NLB165 for a 32 Ton excavator?
Yes. A 32 Ton carrier lies within both listed excavator ranges. Compare the different flow ranges, reference weights, tool sizes and impact characteristics, then verify mounting and the carrier’s actual hydraulic capabilities before selecting a model.
