Carrier weights use the catalog unit “Ton.” Confirm the unit basis when comparing them with your excavator specifications. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields. Use the specification and mounting drawing for the quoted assembly to check the final installation.
Where NLB40 fits in the Top Type range
NLB40 starts the supplied series at 0.8–2.5 Ton. NLB45 overlaps it from 1.2 to 2.5 Ton, but requires 20–40 L/min rather than 15–30 L/min. NLB53 meets the NLB40 carrier range only at the 2.5 Ton endpoint. For a Top Type proposal near that boundary, compare the carrier’s usable attachment flow and permitted load before narrowing the model choice. A larger number or tool diameter does not establish a suitable installation. Keep the selected model attached to the Top mounting drawing throughout the quotation.
