NLB175 Box Type Hydraulic Breaker

NEWLAND Box Type hydraulic breaker — representative image
The NEWLAND NLB175 Box Type hydraulic breaker uses an enclosed housing layout. Start with the NLB model reference range of 40-55 Ton, 210-290 L/min required oil flow and a 175 mm working tool, then confirm the complete mounting and hydraulic package.
Housing: Box Type
Carrier range: 40-55 Ton
Required oil flow: 210-290 L/min
Tool diameter: 175 mm
Excavator ranges and hydraulic specifications are NLB series reference values. Confirm the complete Box Type assembly and attachment mass for your carrier.

NLB175 specifications
| Specification | Listed value |
|---|---|
| Suitable excavator range | 40-55 Ton |
| Operating weight — series reference | 4390 kg |
| Required oil flow | 210-290 L/min |
| Setting pressure | 260-280 bar |
| Operating pressure | 180-200 bar |
| Impact energy | 12202 J |
| Impact rate | 250-350 blows/min |
| Hose diameter | 1-1/4 inch |
| Tool diameter | 175 mm |
These figures come from the NEWLAND NLB series specification sheet. Operating weight is a series reference: confirm the quoted housing, bracket, working tool and included components before checking the complete attachment load.
The sheet lists Ton as the carrier-weight unit. Confirm the unit basis against the excavator documentation. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields; these figures are not an installation or adjustment procedure.
Separate two models covering 40–55 Ton excavators
The same suggested excavator range appears for NLB160 and NLB175. Their other specification rows give the comparison substance. NLB175 lists 4,390 kg operating weight, while NLB160 lists 3,076 kg. The complete proposed assembly needs to be assessed against the actual carrier’s permitted attachment arrangement.
NLB175 requires 210–290 L/min and lists 180–200 bar operating pressure. NLB160 lists 200–250 L/min and 160–180 bar. The shared flow interval is 210–250 L/min, but the pressure ranges touch only at 180 bar. Similar carrier ranges therefore do not establish an identical hydraulic requirement.
Compare the 175 mm tool and catalog impact specification
NLB175 lists 12,202 J impact energy and 250–350 blows/min. NLB165 lists the same impact-rate range with 10,846 J energy. The common frequency row does not make the models equivalent: they also have different tool diameters, listed weights and suggested carrier ranges.
NLB165 is listed for 30–40 Ton excavators, so its carrier range meets NLB175 only at 40 Ton. For a carrier beyond that boundary, keep the model’s stated range in the review rather than extending a comparison because the tool sizes or impact-rate figures look close.
Build the selection around the complete working arrangement
A 175 mm tool reference helps connect the attachment specification with the working-tool order. Check the required tip, upper profile, retaining features and length against the appropriate drawing. Diameter is useful for identifying the candidate tool, while the remaining dimensions establish the actual part match.
For project planning, record the material, working position and access alongside the NLB175 candidate. The catalog energy and frequency figures do not establish a production rate for that job. A useful equipment comparison keeps the hydraulic match and installed attachment arrangement connected to the work being planned.
Compare NLB175 with related NLB models
Use these catalog figures to shortlist candidates. An overlapping carrier range does not establish hydraulic compatibility or mounting fit.
NLB175 selection questions
Can NLB175 replace NLB160 solely because both list 40–55 Ton?
The shared range is only an initial filter. NLB175 has different listed mass, tool diameter, required flow and operating pressure, so the proposed installation needs its own compatibility review.
