NLB135 Box Type Hydraulic Breaker

NEWLAND Box Type hydraulic breaker — representative image
The NEWLAND NLB135 Box Type hydraulic breaker uses an enclosed housing layout. Start with the NLB model reference range of 18-25 Ton, 125-160 L/min required oil flow and a 135 mm working tool, then confirm the complete mounting and hydraulic package.
Housing: Box Type
Carrier range: 18-25 Ton
Required oil flow: 125-160 L/min
Tool diameter: 135 mm
Excavator ranges and hydraulic specifications are NLB series reference values. Confirm the complete Box Type assembly and attachment mass for your carrier.

NLB135 specifications
| Specification | Listed value |
|---|---|
| Suitable excavator range | 18-25 Ton |
| Operating weight — series reference | 1766 kg |
| Required oil flow | 125-160 L/min |
| Setting pressure | 210-230 bar |
| Operating pressure | 160-180 bar |
| Impact energy | 3692 J |
| Impact rate | 350-600 blows/min |
| Hose diameter | 1 inch |
| Tool diameter | 135 mm |
These figures come from the NEWLAND NLB series specification sheet. Operating weight is a series reference: confirm the quoted housing, bracket, working tool and included components before checking the complete attachment load.
The sheet lists Ton as the carrier-weight unit. Confirm the unit basis against the excavator documentation. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields; these figures are not an installation or adjustment procedure.
Start with the 18–25 Ton carrier and circuit requirements
The NLB135’s carrier range puts it alongside models whose excavator coverage overlaps, but the attachment and hydraulic checks remain specific to this breaker. Compare the carrier’s usable breaker flow with 125–160 L/min and its circuit suitability with the listed 160–180 bar operating pressure. The separate 210–230 bar setting pressure entry should remain a separate item in the installation review, rather than being read as the normal operating range.
NLB135 versus NLB140: a close carrier match
The NLB140 lists 18–26 Ton, covering the NLB135’s entire 18–25 Ton carrier interval. It also lists a wider 120–180 L/min flow range, a 1,978 kg reference weight and 140 mm tool diameter. Both list 160–180 bar operating pressure and 210–230 bar setting pressure. The NLB135 has the lower reference weight, while the NLB140 lists higher impact energy and a lower maximum impact rate. These are tradeoffs to review, rather than a universal ranking.
The NLB125 meets the NLB135 only at the 18 Ton carrier endpoint. Its 90–120 L/min flow range does not overlap the NLB135’s listed flow range, so this boundary comparison needs particular attention to the carrier circuit.
Separate breaker specifications from the mounting package
A 1 Inch hose diameter and 135 mm tool diameter help define the NLB135 inquiry, while connector threads, bracket geometry and working tool shape need their own references. The listed weight is a series reference rather than a verified weight for every housing and mount combination. Check the final assembly against the carrier’s attachment allowance. Impact energy and frequency describe the breaker’s listed characteristics; neither provides a material-specific output promise without a properly defined job and operating conditions.
Compare NLB135 with related NLB models
Use these catalog figures to shortlist candidates. An overlapping carrier range does not establish hydraulic compatibility or mounting fit.
NLB135 selection questions
Do the NLB135 and NLB140 have identical hydraulic specifications?
They share the listed operating and setting pressure ranges, but their flow ranges differ: 125–160 L/min for NLB135 and 120–180 L/min for NLB140. Weight, tool diameter, impact energy and impact rate also differ.
