NLB200 Box Type Hydraulic Breaker

NEWLAND Box Type hydraulic breaker — representative image
The NEWLAND NLB200 Box Type hydraulic breaker uses an enclosed housing layout. Start with the NLB model reference range of 50-65 Ton, 260-300 L/min required oil flow and a 200 mm working tool, then confirm the complete mounting and hydraulic package.
Housing: Box Type
Carrier range: 50-65 Ton
Required oil flow: 260-300 L/min
Tool diameter: 200 mm
Excavator ranges and hydraulic specifications are NLB series reference values. Confirm the complete Box Type assembly and attachment mass for your carrier.

NLB200 specifications
| Specification | Listed value |
|---|---|
| Suitable excavator range | 50-65 Ton |
| Operating weight — series reference | 6205 kg |
| Required oil flow | 260-300 L/min |
| Setting pressure | 300-310 bar |
| Operating pressure | 220-280 bar |
| Impact energy | 21360 J |
| Impact rate | 150-200 blows/min |
| Hose diameter | 1-1/4 inch |
| Tool diameter | 200 mm |
These figures come from the NEWLAND NLB series specification sheet. Operating weight is a series reference: confirm the quoted housing, bracket, working tool and included components before checking the complete attachment load.
The sheet lists Ton as the carrier-weight unit. Confirm the unit basis against the excavator documentation. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields; these figures are not an installation or adjustment procedure.
Compare NLB200 with NLB195 across the shared carrier interval
NLB200 extends to 65 Ton in the listed excavator range, while NLB195 extends to 60 Ton. Both start at 50 Ton. In their shared 50–60 Ton interval, compare the attachment requirements rather than selecting a model from the carrier weight or nominal tool diameter alone.
NLB200 lists 6,205 kg operating weight and 260–300 L/min required flow. NLB195 lists 5,039 kg and 240–290 L/min. Their operating-pressure ranges are both 220–280 bar, while the flow ranges overlap at 260–290 L/min. The mass and flow differences remain relevant to the actual carrier arrangement.
Read the NLB210 overlap without extending the flow range
NLB210 lists a 60–75 Ton excavator range, giving a shared 60–65 Ton interval with NLB200. Its required flow is 300–330 L/min, while NLB200 requires 260–300 L/min. Those flow ranges meet only at 300 L/min. The wider shared carrier interval does not imply a wider hydraulic overlap.
Both list 220–280 bar operating pressure, but NLB210 has a 210 mm tool and 6,550 kg listed weight. These are distinct model references. Keep each complete specification together when reviewing a carrier in the overlapping range, including the verified mounting and return arrangement.
Use the 200 mm model reference when comparing tools and output
NLB200 lists 21,360 J impact energy and 150–200 blows/min. NLB210 lists 26,520 J and 100–150 blows/min. Comparing these separate fields shows why a higher energy entry alone cannot establish a production advantage for the intended job. The specification does not identify a shared test operating point.
The 200 mm nominal tool diameter also needs a complete part reference for replacement ordering. Check its upper profile, retaining arrangement and length with the appropriate drawing. Keep the confirmed tool and assembly records together so a later parts inquiry refers to the same NLB200 configuration.
Compare NLB200 with related NLB models
Use these catalog figures to shortlist candidates. An overlapping carrier range does not establish hydraulic compatibility or mounting fit.
NLB200 selection questions
How much do NLB200 and NLB210 overlap in required flow?
Only at the 300 L/min boundary. NLB200 lists 260–300 L/min and NLB210 lists 300–330 L/min, even though their suggested excavator ranges overlap from 60 to 65 Ton.
