Hydraulic Breakers for Backhoes

NEWLAND breaker range — reference image
NEWLAND supplies hydraulic breakers for backhoe applications with the rear attachment interface and hydraulic requirements defined for the actual machine. Start with the backhoe model and its approved attachment information, then add mounting dimensions and the intended task. We use that record to shape a complete breaker inquiry, including the bracket, working tool and required connection items.
Treat the rear attachment arrangement specifically
A backhoe breaker connects through the machine’s rear digging arrangement, which needs its own mounting record. Do not select a bracket simply because a breaker was previously described for an excavator of similar weight. Identify the rear linkage, any coupler and the actual pin interface that will receive the attachment.
Explain the intended working position and access as part of the application. The breaker, working tool and bracket have to be considered within that arrangement. A clear photograph of the rear attachment connection helps NEWLAND understand what the drawing and dimensions refer to.
Information for a backhoe-specific proposal
Combine the machine’s documented attachment information with the measurements of the proposed connection. If you are replacing an existing breaker, include its identification and mounting drawing, but state whether the old bracket or coupler is intended to remain.
- Backhoe model and rear attachment configuration.
- Documented auxiliary circuit and breaker attachment requirements.
- Pin diameters, center spacing and bracket opening with reference points.
- Coupler identification and installed arrangement, where used.
- Breaking material, site access and requested tool configuration.
Identify each component in the quotation
The purchase scope should separate the breaker assembly from the mounting bracket and connection package. State whether you need hoses, a working tool, an additional tool or a mechanical coupler. These decisions affect both the installation record and a fair comparison between offers.
Keep the final mounting and hydraulic review with the order. This is especially helpful when several machines work on the same project but do not share the same rear interface. A separate configuration record for each machine avoids treating every backhoe installation as interchangeable.
Questions about backhoe breakers
Does the machine model confirm the bracket dimensions?
It helps identify the machine, but the actual rear arrangement, fitted coupler and attachment-side interface should still be recorded. Modified or additional mounting equipment can change the connection.
Can I keep the bracket from my old breaker?
Send both its carrier-side and breaker-side interfaces for review, together with the old attachment identification. Physical condition and assembly suitability also need attention before reuse.
Can NEWLAND quote a complete installation package?
Specify the required breaker, bracket, working tool and connection items in the inquiry. The resulting quotation should state the agreed contents and identify any items that remain part of the carrier installation.
