BREAKER PARTS & SUPPORT

Hydraulic Breaker Mounting Brackets and Adapters

NEWLAND supplies mounting brackets and adapters for hydraulic breaker installations with both connecting interfaces defined. A successful inquiry describes the carrier or coupler side and the breaker side together. Send labeled drawings, photographs and the intended installed arrangement so the proposed bracket can be discussed as part of the complete attachment, rather than by a single dimension.

Two interfaces define the bracket

A breaker bracket connects the breaker assembly to the carrier arrangement. The carrier side may involve direct pins or a Quick Coupler, while the breaker side has its own attachment geometry. Both must be identified; matching only the carrier pin diameter leaves the rest of the assembly unresolved.

An adapter can also change the installed geometry and weight. State why it is needed and show the full combination, including any existing mounting component that remains. NEWLAND can then discuss the specified supply without treating a bracket as an isolated plate or a universal fitting.

Prepare drawings with reference points

Provide dimensioned drawings where available and mark measurement locations on photographs when drawings are missing. Avoid mixing dimensions taken from different surfaces or from worn components without explaining their condition. The reference points should make the intended interface clear to both the buyer and the supply reviewer.

  • Carrier or coupler identity and attachment-side interface.
  • Pin diameters, center spacing and bracket opening.
  • Breaker-side bolt or mounting pattern and locating features.
  • Installed arrangement, available clearance and hose-routing constraints.
  • Whether pins, bushes, fasteners or other mounting items are required.

Define the finished mounting package

Ask the quotation to identify the bracket or adapter reference, the drawing revision and each included item. If your project involves several carriers, use a separate interface schedule for each variation. A shared breaker model does not make different carrier connections interchangeable.

Keep the approved drawing and assembly information with the order. Inspection, fitting and commissioning need to follow the applicable product and carrier information. A purchasing drawing should not be mistaken for permission to modify, drill or weld existing structural components.

Questions about mounting parts

Can I order by excavator weight alone?

No. The actual carrier or coupler interface and the breaker-side connection need to be defined. Machine size does not establish the pin arrangement, opening or mounting pattern.

Can a bracket include pins and fasteners?

Specify the required items in the inquiry. The quotation should state whether pins, bushes, fasteners and other mounting components are included or supplied separately.

What is needed for a replacement adapter?

Provide the existing drawing or reference, photographs of both interfaces and the full installed arrangement. State any change from the earlier configuration before reusing its dimensions or product reference.
