NLB75 Side Type Hydraulic Breaker

NEWLAND Side Type hydraulic breaker — representative image
NLB75 Side Type can be assessed using series references of 6–9 Ton excavators, 50–90 L/min required flow and a 75 mm tool. Its position between NLB68 and NLB85 makes the carrier overlap useful for comparison, while the actual side mounting and delivered assembly remain part of the quotation.
Housing: Side Type
Carrier range: 6-9 Ton
Required oil flow: 50-90 L/min
Tool diameter: 75 mm
Excavator ranges and hydraulic specifications are NLB series reference values. Confirm the complete Side Type assembly and attachment mass for your carrier.

NLB75 model reference specifications
These figures are NLB series reference values for initial model comparison. Request the total operating weight for the quoted Side Type assembly, including the mounting components and tool.
| Specification | Series specifications / configuration notes |
|---|---|
| Suitable excavator range | 6-9 Ton |
| Complete assembly operating weight | Confirm the Side Type assembly weight |
| Required oil flow | 50-90 L/min |
| Setting pressure | 180 bar |
| Operating pressure | 120-150 bar |
| Impact energy | 1017 J |
| Impact rate | 400-800 blows/min |
| Hose diameter | 1/2 inch |
| Tool diameter | 75 mm |
Carrier weights use the catalog unit “Ton.” Confirm the unit basis when comparing them with your excavator specifications. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields. Use the specification and mounting drawing for the quoted assembly to check the final installation.
Resolve the three-model comparison around 7 Ton
In the NLB series ranges, NLB75 overlaps NLB68 from 6 to 7 Ton and NLB85 from 7 to 9 Ton. At 7 Ton, all three appear in the initial carrier shortlist. The NLB75 flow reference is 50–90 L/min, between the different neighbouring flow intervals.
NLB68 lists 40–70 L/min and 110–140 bar operating pressure. NLB75 lists 50–90 L/min and 120–150 bar, while NLB85 lists 60–100 L/min and 130–160 bar. Read each complete hydraulic row when the carrier falls within one of these shared intervals.
Define the side bracket and any coupler adapter
State whether the Side Type bracket attaches directly to the machine or through an existing coupler. Identify the interface by its drawing and measured pin diameters, pin centers and mounting width. Keep any adapter as a separately described component of the installation.
Ask for the complete quoted Side Type mass with the included bracket and working tool identified. Use that assembly information when assessing the carrier’s attachment limits and geometry. The NLB series sheet does not establish the weight of every possible side mounting arrangement.
Keep frequency and connection references in context
NLB75 and NLB85 both list 400–800 blows/min in the series table, but their tool diameters are 75 and 85 mm. A common frequency entry does not establish equal output or interchangeable tools. The requested working tool still needs its upper profile and retaining details identified.
NLB75 lists a 1/2 Inch hose diameter, while NLB85 lists 3/4 Inch. Confirm the actual fittings and return arrangement for the proposed Side Type assembly. Define the breaker, bracket, tool and hydraulic connections separately so two offers can be compared on the same package scope.

NLB75 Side Type questions
Does the shared frequency range make NLB75 and NLB85 interchangeable?
No. Their series carrier, flow, pressure, tool and hose references differ. The Side Type bracket, complete mass and hydraulic connections must also be defined for the actual installation.
