NLB75 Box Type Hydraulic Breaker

NEWLAND Box Type hydraulic breaker — representative image
The NEWLAND NLB75 Box Type hydraulic breaker uses an enclosed housing layout. Start with the NLB model reference range of 6-9 Ton, 50-90 L/min required oil flow and a 75 mm working tool, then confirm the complete mounting and hydraulic package.
Housing: Box Type
Carrier range: 6-9 Ton
Required oil flow: 50-90 L/min
Tool diameter: 75 mm
Excavator ranges and hydraulic specifications are NLB series reference values. Confirm the complete Box Type assembly and attachment mass for your carrier.

NLB75 specifications
| Specification | Listed value |
|---|---|
| Suitable excavator range | 6-9 Ton |
| Operating weight — series reference | 413 kg |
| Required oil flow | 50-90 L/min |
| Setting pressure | 180 bar |
| Operating pressure | 120-150 bar |
| Impact energy | 1017 J |
| Impact rate | 400-800 blows/min |
| Hose diameter | 1/2 inch |
| Tool diameter | 75 mm |
These figures come from the NEWLAND NLB series specification sheet. Operating weight is a series reference: confirm the quoted housing, bracket, working tool and included components before checking the complete attachment load.
The sheet lists Ton as the carrier-weight unit. Confirm the unit basis against the excavator documentation. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields; these figures are not an installation or adjustment procedure.
Resolve the overlaps around 6–9 Ton
NLB75’s carrier range overlaps NLB68 from 6 to 7 Ton and NLB85 from 7 to 9 Ton. At 7 Ton, all three appear in the catalog’s initial carrier shortlist. NLB75 lists a 413 kg series reference operating weight, between NLB68’s 325 kg and NLB85’s 629 kg. Confirm the delivered bracket and housing configuration before assessing total attachment load. This comparison is useful for screening candidates, but it does not replace the carrier’s own attachment limits or a mounting review.
Check the 50–90 L/min circuit requirement
The NLB75 operating-pressure range is 120–150 Bar; setting pressure is a separate 180 Bar entry. Its required oil flow rises to 50–90 L/min from NLB68’s 40–70 L/min. NLB85, by comparison, lists 60–100 L/min and 130–160 Bar operating pressure. Supply the carrier’s available auxiliary flow and circuit details when comparing these options. A machine’s ability to reach one value within a range does not by itself confirm that the complete breaker installation is suitable.
Define the 75 mm tool and supply scope
NLB75 lists 1017 J impact energy and 400–800 Bpm. NLB85 shares that impact-rate range but lists 1355 J, so matching frequency figures should not be read as equal performance. NLB75’s tool diameter is 75 mm and its hose diameter is 1/2 Inch, compared with NLB85’s 85 mm and 3/4 Inch. Identify the model, full tool geometry, hose connections and mounting interface in the requested package. Describe the intended material and working conditions so the comparison can address the job as well as the specification table.
Compare NLB75 with related NLB models
Use these catalog figures to shortlist candidates. An overlapping carrier range does not establish hydraulic compatibility or mounting fit.
NLB75 selection questions
Does the shared impact-rate range make NLB75 and NLB85 equivalent?
No. Both list 400–800 Bpm, but impact energy, required oil flow, operating pressure, tool diameter, hose diameter and reference weight differ. Review those differences alongside the carrier’s capabilities. The rate range alone does not establish equal output or interchangeability.
