NLB100 Box Type Hydraulic Breaker

NEWLAND Box Type hydraulic breaker — representative image
The NEWLAND NLB100 Box Type hydraulic breaker uses an enclosed housing layout. Start with the NLB model reference range of 10-15 Ton, 80-110 L/min required oil flow and a 100 mm working tool, then confirm the complete mounting and hydraulic package.
Housing: Box Type
Carrier range: 10-15 Ton
Required oil flow: 80-110 L/min
Tool diameter: 100 mm
Excavator ranges and hydraulic specifications are NLB series reference values. Confirm the complete Box Type assembly and attachment mass for your carrier.

NLB100 specifications
| Specification | Listed value |
|---|---|
| Suitable excavator range | 10-15 Ton |
| Operating weight — series reference | 948 kg |
| Required oil flow | 80-110 L/min |
| Setting pressure | 200 bar |
| Operating pressure | 150-170 bar |
| Impact energy | 2033 J |
| Impact rate | 350-700 blows/min |
| Hose diameter | 3/4 inch |
| Tool diameter | 100 mm |
These figures come from the NEWLAND NLB series specification sheet. Operating weight is a series reference: confirm the quoted housing, bracket, working tool and included components before checking the complete attachment load.
The sheet lists Ton as the carrier-weight unit. Confirm the unit basis against the excavator documentation. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields; these figures are not an installation or adjustment procedure.
Where the NLB100 fits in your shortlist
Begin with the listed 10–15 Ton excavator range, then check the carrier’s permitted attachment load and breaker circuit. The series reference weight is 948 kg; the final installed package also needs its mounting arrangement identified. A carrier falling inside the weight range is a reason to investigate the NLB100, rather than proof that every machine in that range is compatible.
The 80–110 L/min flow range and 150–170 bar operating pressure are separate matching requirements. The table’s 200 bar setting pressure is a different field and should not be substituted for operating pressure or treated as a machine adjustment instruction.
Compare the NLB85 and NLB120 by actual requirements
The NLB85 and NLB100 share a 10–14 Ton portion of their listed excavator ranges. The NLB85 lists 60–100 L/min, a 629 kg reference weight and an 85 mm tool, so the comparison involves more than model numbers. The NLB120 overlaps the NLB100 at 12–15 Ton but requires 115–150 L/min, above the NLB100’s listed flow range. Carrier weight overlap therefore does not establish hydraulic interchangeability.
Read the impact and connection figures together
The NLB100 lists 2,033 J impact energy and a 350–700 Bpm impact rate. These describe different aspects of the specification; they do not establish a guaranteed production rate for a particular material. The 3/4 Inch hose diameter is another connection reference, while fitting threads, routing and the complete return circuit still need checking. For replacement working tools, start with the 100 mm diameter and then verify the tool profile, overall dimensions and retaining arrangement against the model reference.
Compare NLB100 with related NLB models
Use these catalog figures to shortlist candidates. An overlapping carrier range does not establish hydraulic compatibility or mounting fit.
NLB100 selection questions
Is the NLB100 automatically suitable for every 12 Ton excavator?
No. A 12 Ton carrier falls within the listed weight range, but its usable breaker flow, operating pressure, attachment load allowance and mounting dimensions must also match. The NLB100’s 80–110 L/min flow requirement helps separate it from other candidates with overlapping carrier ranges.
