Carrier weights use the catalog unit “Ton.” Confirm the unit basis when comparing them with your excavator specifications. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields. Use the specification and mounting drawing for the quoted assembly to check the final installation.
Where NLB53 fits in the Top Type range
NLB53’s 2.5–4.5 Ton carrier interval overlaps NLB45 from 2.5 to 3.0 Ton and NLB68 from 4 to 4.5 Ton. NLB40 shares only the 2.5 Ton boundary. The NLB53 reference flow is 25–50 L/min, whereas NLB68 lists 40–70 L/min and a different operating-pressure range. These differences matter when a Top Type model is selected at the upper end. Confirm what the excavator can supply, then review the Top bracket dimensions and assembled attachment load. Carrier weight overlap does not establish interchangeable installations.

The supplied NLB series reference lists 90–120 Bar operating pressure and 150 Bar setting pressure for NLB53. Operating pressure and setting pressure serve different purposes.
