NLB135 Side Type Hydraulic Breaker

NEWLAND Side Type hydraulic breaker — representative image
For NLB135 Side Type selection, use the NLB series references of 18–25 Ton excavators, 125–160 L/min required flow and a 135 mm tool. NLB140 offers a close carrier-range comparison, while the side mounting dimensions, delivered components and actual assembly mass must be defined for the intended machine.
Housing: Side Type
Carrier range: 18-25 Ton
Required oil flow: 125-160 L/min
Tool diameter: 135 mm
Excavator ranges and hydraulic specifications are NLB series reference values. Confirm the complete Side Type assembly and attachment mass for your carrier.

NLB135 model reference specifications
These figures are NLB series reference values for initial model comparison. Request the total operating weight for the quoted Side Type assembly, including the mounting components and tool.
| Specification | Series specifications / configuration notes |
|---|---|
| Suitable excavator range | 18-25 Ton |
| Complete assembly operating weight | Confirm the Side Type assembly weight |
| Required oil flow | 125-160 L/min |
| Setting pressure | 210-230 bar |
| Operating pressure | 160-180 bar |
| Impact energy | 3692 J |
| Impact rate | 350-600 blows/min |
| Hose diameter | 1 inch |
| Tool diameter | 135 mm |
Carrier weights use the catalog unit “Ton.” Confirm the unit basis when comparing them with your excavator specifications. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields. Use the specification and mounting drawing for the quoted assembly to check the final installation.
Compare the close NLB135 and NLB140 ranges
The NLB140 series carrier range of 18–26 Ton includes the NLB135 interval of 18–25 Ton. Their flow references are 120–180 L/min and 125–160 L/min respectively. The NLB135 flow interval sits within the broader NLB140 interval, giving a useful comparison for a documented carrier circuit.
Both series rows list 160–180 bar operating pressure and a separate 210–230 bar setting-pressure range. These common entries do not establish the same working tool or mounting package. NLB135 lists a 135 mm tool, while NLB140 lists 140 mm, with the complete tool profiles still requiring identification.
Review the side mounting before defining installed load
Bring the actual carrier or coupler interface into the Side Type selection. A mounting drawing should locate pin diameters, pin centers and available mounting width, with any adapter clearly identified. Review those dimensions and the proposed geometry as one complete arrangement.
The quoted Side Type assembly needs its own weight statement with included bracket, tool and other components identified. Use that actual package for the carrier’s attachment-load check. A series reference weight cannot establish the mass of an unconfirmed side mounting configuration.
Keep the lower carrier endpoint and package scope clear
NLB125 meets NLB135 only at the 18 Ton carrier boundary in the series table. Their flow references are 90–120 L/min and 125–160 L/min, with no overlap. Keep that distinction visible if a purchasing comparison includes candidates on either side of the boundary.
List the working tool, bracket, hydraulic hoses, fittings and any adapters with the Side Type quotation. Confirm which items are included and tie their references to the same build. This makes the proposed attachment and its installation components easier to compare as a complete package.

NLB135 Side Type questions
Are NLB135 and NLB140 identical where the carrier ranges overlap?
No. Their NLB series flow intervals and tool diameters differ. The actual Side Type bracket, working tool, assembly mass and hydraulic connections also need to match the intended carrier configuration.
