NLB125 Box Type Hydraulic Breaker

NEWLAND Box Type hydraulic breaker — representative image
The NEWLAND NLB125 Box Type hydraulic breaker uses an enclosed housing layout. Start with the NLB model reference range of 15-18 Ton, 90-120 L/min required oil flow and a 125 mm working tool, then confirm the complete mounting and hydraulic package.
Housing: Box Type
Carrier range: 15-18 Ton
Required oil flow: 90-120 L/min
Tool diameter: 125 mm
Excavator ranges and hydraulic specifications are NLB series reference values. Confirm the complete Box Type assembly and attachment mass for your carrier.

NLB125 specifications
| Specification | Listed value |
|---|---|
| Suitable excavator range | 15-18 Ton |
| Operating weight — series reference | 1427 kg |
| Required oil flow | 90-120 L/min |
| Setting pressure | 210 bar |
| Operating pressure | 150-170 bar |
| Impact energy | 2711 J |
| Impact rate | 350-650 blows/min |
| Hose diameter | 1 inch |
| Tool diameter | 125 mm |
These figures come from the NEWLAND NLB series specification sheet. Operating weight is a series reference: confirm the quoted housing, bracket, working tool and included components before checking the complete attachment load.
The sheet lists Ton as the carrier-weight unit. Confirm the unit basis against the excavator documentation. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields; these figures are not an installation or adjustment procedure.
A narrower carrier range with its own hydraulic requirement
The NLB125’s listed carrier range is 15–18 Ton. Its 90–120 L/min flow range should be checked independently of carrier weight, together with the 150–170 bar operating pressure. The table lists 210 bar setting pressure separately. That setting figure is not a substitute for the operating range and does not tell an operator to adjust the carrier without the applicable installation procedure.
Use the 1,427 kg weight as a series comparison reference. The mounting arrangement and complete installed assembly still need to be identified when checking the carrier’s permitted attachment load.
Compare NLB125 with NLB120 and the 18 Ton boundary
The NLB120 also includes 15–18 Ton excavators, but lists 115–150 L/min required flow, a 120 mm tool and a 1,463 kg reference weight. The NLB125 therefore has a larger tool diameter and slightly lower reference weight while requiring a different flow range. Neither model can be selected correctly from the number in its name alone.
At exactly 18 Ton, the NLB135 enters the comparison because its listed carrier range starts there. Its 125–160 L/min flow range sits above the NLB125’s 90–120 L/min range, with no listed flow overlap. The shared carrier endpoint does not remove that hydraulic distinction.
Use the specification to define a complete inquiry
The NLB125 lists a 350–650 Bpm impact rate and 1 Inch hose diameter. These fields help establish the proposed breaker and connection scope, but do not specify all fittings, bracket dimensions or tool shapes. For a complete comparison, identify the carrier, mounting interface and desired working tool alongside the published figures. A 125 mm tool diameter should be followed by a full tool reference when ordering spares; diameter alone does not confirm retention geometry or interchangeability.
Compare NLB125 with related NLB models
Use these catalog figures to shortlist candidates. An overlapping carrier range does not establish hydraulic compatibility or mounting fit.
NLB125 selection questions
Does the NLB125 need the same flow as the NLB120?
No. The NLB125 lists 90–120 L/min and the NLB120 lists 115–150 L/min. Only 115–120 L/min is common to both listed ranges, so each proposal needs its own circuit compatibility check.
