NLB150 Box Type Hydraulic Breaker

NEWLAND Box Type hydraulic breaker — representative image
The NEWLAND NLB150 Box Type hydraulic breaker uses an enclosed housing layout. Start with the NLB model reference range of 25-35 Ton, 175-220 L/min required oil flow and a 150 mm working tool, then confirm the complete mounting and hydraulic package.
Housing: Box Type
Carrier range: 25-35 Ton
Required oil flow: 175-220 L/min
Tool diameter: 150 mm
Excavator ranges and hydraulic specifications are NLB series reference values. Confirm the complete Box Type assembly and attachment mass for your carrier.

NLB150 specifications
| Specification | Listed value |
|---|---|
| Suitable excavator range | 25-35 Ton |
| Operating weight — series reference | 2519 kg |
| Required oil flow | 175-220 L/min |
| Setting pressure | 210 bar |
| Operating pressure | 160-180 bar |
| Impact energy | 5193 J |
| Impact rate | 300-450 blows/min |
| Hose diameter | 1 inch |
| Tool diameter | 150 mm |
These figures come from the NEWLAND NLB series specification sheet. Operating weight is a series reference: confirm the quoted housing, bracket, working tool and included components before checking the complete attachment load.
The sheet lists Ton as the carrier-weight unit. Confirm the unit basis against the excavator documentation. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields; these figures are not an installation or adjustment procedure.
A 25–35 Ton starting point for carrier matching
Use the NLB150’s listed carrier range to establish an initial shortlist, then compare the carrier’s breaker circuit with 175–220 L/min flow and 160–180 bar operating pressure. The separate setting pressure figure is 210 bar. It should stay separate from the operating pressure range and does not provide an instruction to change the carrier’s controls.
The 2,519 kg series reference weight is relevant when comparing attachments, but the actual mounting package and carrier attachment allowance still need verification. This model belongs in a large breaker comparison based on its listed 25 Ton lower carrier limit.
NLB150 versus NLB155: compare more than energy
The NLB155 shares the 28–35 Ton portion of the NLB150’s carrier range. It lists 180–240 L/min, 180–200 bar operating pressure, a 2,896 kg reference weight and a 155 mm tool. Although both models list 300–450 Bpm impact rate, their pressure requirements, reference weights and connection sizes differ. The NLB150 lists a 1 Inch hose diameter; the NLB155 lists 1-1/4 Inch.
The NLB140 is another boundary comparison at 25–26 Ton, with 120–180 L/min required flow. That narrower shared carrier interval should not be taken to mean that NLB140 and NLB150 have equivalent attachment or hydraulic requirements.
Build an installation and spare-tool reference
Record the NLB150 model alongside the carrier, bracket dimensions, hose connections and requested tool shape. The 150 mm tool diameter helps identify the nominal size, while retention geometry and the complete tool dimensions remain necessary for a spare order. Listed impact energy and impact rate provide specification comparisons, rather than a fixed production promise. For project purchasing, define the expected working conditions and the exact supply package so that the final proposal can be checked as a complete installation.
Compare NLB150 with related NLB models
Use these catalog figures to shortlist candidates. An overlapping carrier range does not establish hydraulic compatibility or mounting fit.
NLB150 selection questions
Does the NLB155 use the same operating pressure as NLB150?
No. NLB150 lists 160–180 bar operating pressure, while NLB155 lists 180–200 bar. They share only the 180 bar endpoint. Their setting pressure entries also differ, so the two models require separate hydraulic reviews.
