Carrier weights use the catalog unit “Ton.” Confirm the unit basis when comparing them with your excavator specifications. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields. Use the specification and mounting drawing for the quoted assembly to check the final installation.
Check the lower overlap with NLB195
NLB200 shares 50–60 Ton with NLB195 in the series carrier ranges. NLB200 lists 260–300 L/min required flow, compared with 240–290 L/min for NLB195. Their common flow interval is 260–290 L/min, and both list 220–280 bar operating pressure.
The tool references differ at 200 and 195 mm. Keep each tool’s upper profile, retaining features and length with its candidate build. A matching pressure entry and overlapping carrier range do not establish identical tools, side bracket geometry or a complete hydraulic installation.
Keep the NLB210 flow overlap at its actual boundary
NLB210 lists 60–75 Ton excavators, creating a shared 60–65 Ton carrier interval with NLB200. Its required flow is 300–330 L/min. Against the NLB200 reference of 260–300 L/min, the two flow ranges meet only at 300 L/min.
The wider carrier overlap therefore does not describe a wider flow overlap. Check the actual attachment circuit and permitted operating arrangement before narrowing the model choice. Keep the setting-pressure and operating-pressure entries separately labeled in the proposal rather than treating them as interchangeable adjustment targets.
Define the Side Type bracket and delivered mass
Use a dimensioned drawing for the carrier or coupler interface, identifying pin diameters, pin centers and mounting width. Include any adapter in the side bracket review. The proposed assembly needs its actual connection geometry checked, with no mounting dimensions inferred from a general product illustration.
Ask for the complete Side Type assembly mass and identify the bracket, working tool and included connections. List hoses, fittings, adapters and any additional tools in the quotation scope. Use that defined package for the carrier-load review instead of adopting the generic NLB series weight.
