Carrier weights use the catalog unit “Ton.” Confirm the unit basis when comparing them with your excavator specifications. Setting pressure and operating pressure are separate fields. Use the specification and mounting drawing for the quoted assembly to check the final installation.
Compare NLB120 and NLB125 by flow
The NLB120 series carrier range is 12–18 Ton, while NLB125 covers 15–18 Ton. Their shared carrier interval therefore runs from 15 to 18 Ton. The flow references differ: 115–150 L/min for NLB120 and 90–120 L/min for NLB125, overlapping only at 115–120 L/min.
NLB125 has a larger 125 mm tool reference, compared with 120 mm for NLB120, while requiring a different flow range. Model numbering does not make every specification increase together. Compare the documented circuit with the candidate row before defining the Side Type mounting package.
Resolve the carrier and side bracket interface
Identify the direct pin connection or existing coupler that the Side Type bracket must match. Provide a dimensioned reference for pin diameters, pin centers and mounting width. Include any adapter in the interface review so the complete attachment arrangement is described rather than only the breaker housing.
Ask for the mass of the actual quoted Side Type assembly, with bracket, tool and included components identified. Use that information with the carrier’s attachment limits. The NLB series sheet does not confirm a Side Type assembly weight for this particular mounting configuration.

NLB120 lists 160–180 bar operating pressure in the series reference and 210 bar setting pressure as a separate entry. Keep those meanings distinct in the technical record. The installation documentation must define the applicable circuit arrangement and any adjustment procedure for the selected build.
Specify the 120 mm tool’s upper profile, length, retaining features and requested tip alongside the nominal diameter. List the bracket, tools, hoses and adapters included in the quotation. Preserve those references together so a later Side Type parts inquiry identifies the same configuration.

Its larger tool diameter is only one series reference. NLB125 requires 90–120 L/min, compared with 115–150 L/min for NLB120, and the Side Type mounting and complete assembly must still match the carrier.
